Example Of E-Rigid Form Capabilities

Tronix3D is proud to be able to support a wide range of industries. We do this by increasing the capabilities in our facility based on the needs and requests of our customer.

The addition of the Nexa3D machines fulfills this need for applications around prototyping and end-use parts by creating a very strong and durable part at a lower cost, significantly faster than other traditional methods.

Our Nexa3D printers are perfect for tooling fixtures, consumables, models, industrial repair, and maintenance to name a few.

Printer Specifications:

  • Build Envelope: 195 x 115 x 210 mm (7.7 x 4.5 x 8.3in)

  • Layer Thickness: 50 micron to 100 micron

Nexa3D Software Supports

Ultra Fast Production of Detailed Parts

When you need parts in hours and not days the Nexa3D Printers can print at some of the highest speeds in the industry. Advanced capabilities within the software can allow for three dimensional part stacking for maximizing efficiency and throughput. With a wide range of materials there is a perfect material for every application. We stock materials that are flexible (xFlex402), clear (x45 Clear), stiff (xCE) or temperature resistant (xPEEK147) just to name a few.

About the Process:

Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) is a masked stereolithography (mSLA) process that is much faster than traditional stereolithography (SLA). It uses an LED array as the light source together with an LCD photomask, which serves to shape the layer image as it passes onto and through the self-lubricating membrane. This arrangement allows higher light levels which translates to faster build speeds with less image distortion – ultimately resulting in better quality prints.
